ORBIS · ALL-IN-ONE BUSINESS PLATFORM

Your whole business.
One system.

A cold call becomes a lead, a quotation, an order, an invoice and a journal entry — without being retyped once. Orbis runs CRM, sales and purchase, inventory, accounting, Indian GST, payroll, projects, support and point of sale on one record engine. You switch on the modules you need and see only those.

WHY ONE PLATFORM

The cost of five systems is the gaps between them

One record engine, not eleven products

Every module shares the same forms, permissions, audit trail, import, reporting, numbering and API. A module switched on next month inherits all of it, which is why adding one is a setting rather than a project.

Indian compliance built in, not bolted on

CGST, SGST and IGST worked out from the place of supply rather than typed. TDS and TCS by section. PF, ESI, PT and LWF with their ceilings and slabs, Form 24Q and Form 16. The e-invoice and e-way bill payloads are built and validated.

Built and owned by the people who run it

Orbis is ours. Every module form is editable — fields, sections, order, defaults, help text — and what a business renames stays renamed. If your process needs something that does not exist yet, the team that wrote the platform can add it.

You buy modules, not a bundle

Modules are sold and switched on per client, so a business sees only what it bought. A workshop runs leads, inventory and accounts; a restaurant adds tables, a kitchen display and QR ordering.

A till that works without the internet

A sale is never refused for want of a network. It queues locally and is sent afterwards, with a reference minted at the till before the money is taken, so a flaky reconnect cannot ring it up twice.

Six kinds of identity, separated properly

Staff, the vendor console, another system on an API key, a customer, a supplier and a diner with a QR code — each with its own signing secret and its own routes, rather than one login with a flag on it.

WHAT IS INSIDE

Switch on what you need, when you need it

Every module reads from the same customer record, so a salesperson, an accountant and a manager are looking at one version of the truth instead of three.

Sales & billing

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

What Orbis does not do yet

Every buyer asks these, usually three meetings in. Here they are first — each one is built up to the point where it needs something only you can supply.

Importing an invoice from a PDF

A parser per source layout, and OCR for scans. Import is spreadsheet-only.

Food aggregator integration

Swiggy's and Zomato's API contracts and credentials.

QUESTIONS

The things people ask first

Eleven areas on one platform: Leads, Sales & billing, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, Team, Projects, Support, Customer benefits & marketing, Retail & restaurant, Settings. It is a business system rather than a CRM with extras — the sales and purchase document chain, stock, the ledger, statutory payroll and a till all sit on the same engine.
